At US Premium Finance, we truly appreciate your business and want to make it as easy as possible for you to make payments. For your convenience, we offer four options. You can use a debit or credit card to make an online payment. You can also e-pay by check, by fax, or by phone. 

Debit or Credit Card

  • A service fee of 2.96% + $0.50 will apply.
  • You'll need to use your US Premium Finance account number, including dashes (example: 205-xxxxxx-xxxxxx)

Pay by Check

  • A $5 convenience fee for this service, which will be added to your payment amount.
  • To avoid duplicate payments, please submit your payment one time only.

E-Pay by Phone 

  • A service fee of $7.00 will apply.*
  • The convenience fee will be added to your payment account. To avoid duplicate payments, please submit your payment on time only.

*Fee in CT, MI, and TN is $5.00
